Lexie Lou's Boutique Return Policy
We do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like most online boutiques, we provide store credit only for eligible returns.
To qualify for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items: final sale items, accessories, swimwear, shoes, and merch. these items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Returns must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, smoke smell, or any signs of wear. We kindly ask you to double-check your items before sending them back.
All eligible items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. Returns received outside of this window may be denied.
Denied Return: If returned items do not meet these requirements, the return may be denied.
Defective Clothing/Item: If you receive a defective item, please contact customer care at lexielousboutiquee@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please Include a photo of the damage in your email. If we are not notified within 3 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
Lexie Lou's Boutique is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing by the customer.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as a defective clothing/item, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We do accept returns on eligible items, however this should not be taken advantage of therefore, customers are limited to a maximum of returning 7 items per month.
